Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for the 90skidswashingtonstate.com Webshop, headquartered in the USA
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern the relationship between 90skidswashingtonstate.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “Customers”) in connection with the sale of digital products via the Provider’s webshop.
Offer and Contract Conclusion
The Provider’s offer is directed at anyone wishing to purchase the product. The presentation of products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. A contract between the Customer and the Provider is only concluded when the Customer places an order and the Provider confirms it. The Provider reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.
Prices and Payment Terms
The prices in the Provider’s webshop are stated in Swiss francs and include VAT. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The following payment methods are available to the Customer: Twint, credit card, Apple Pay. The Provider reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods. The Customer agrees that the link to the digital product will be sent by email immediately after the order is completed.
Delivery
As these are digital products, delivery is made immediately after completion of the order via email.
Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal, as the products are digital goods.
Warranty and Liability
The Provider guarantees that the digital products are free from material and manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. No further warranty is provided. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer.
Data Protection
The Provider undertakes to treat the Customer’s personal data confidentially and to use it only within the scope of order processing. The data will not be shared with third parties.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s registered office.
Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties shall replace the invalid provision with a legally permissible regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
